Hi, everyone. I'm Brian Krueger with CollegeGrad.com and this is The Job Search Minute. What do movie stars and sports stars have that you and I don’t have? An agent. Someone always on the lookout for the next opportunity. But with the Internet you can have an agent as well. A job search agent. Almost all job sites and most corporate sites now provide you with the ability to set up a job search agent. Its not enough to search a site once, then simply move on. Before you move on, set up a job search agent to continue searching on your behalf. Use the standard keywords, and search criteria that you would use for conducting a standard search. You can continue to fine-tune your search criteria if you are getting too many, or not enough jobs for review. When a new job is posted which matches your search criteria, you will receive an e-mail notification. This has been The Job Search Minute, for more career information please visit CollegeGrad.com.
