Are you a recent college graduate ready to launch your career in retail operations and merchandising? Join our dynamic team as an Assistant in our Merchandising Department, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our Buyers and driving product success from concept to store shelf.
What You’ll Do
- Advertising Support: Organize, collect, and submit advertising materials for the Buyer. Maintain ad planning system records and assist with updates and changes.
- Data & Reporting: Extract and manipulate data from internal systems (EIS, Storis) to create reports and spreadsheets that support business decisions.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Handle product setup, purchase order entry, and updates (cancellations, shipping extensions, future planning). Communicate with vendors to ensure smooth order processing and merchandise receipt.
- Pricing & Signage Coordination: Collaborate with Buyers to review price changes, update systems, and ensure stores receive accurate tags and signage.
- POP & Vendor Signage: Manage and distribute point-of-purchase materials and vendor signage to stores as needed.
Who You Are
- A recent graduate with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with data and learning new systems.
- Eager to grow in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to a collaborative team.
