Microscope Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Microscope Account Manager for the states of Arizona, Nevada and California. Our goal is to find someone with a materials science or engineering background who is ready to transition into an entry-level sales role, but keep their passion for manufacturing, QC, production and research, which will be relevant when discussing microscope applications with customers. Our candidate will be selling a wide range of microscope products to the academia, clinical, educational and industrial sectors.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for microscope products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and training to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a science background, preferably materials science or engineering
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
