We need an Estimating/Project Management Assistant capable of supporting our team to meet the needs of our sometimes demanding clients.  Gathering costs from our suppliers and manufacturers and online as well is a big part of the process, but we also must consider things like freight and sales tax and our markups and labor as well for installation to provide our clients with a turnkey quote.  In the beginning, you will be working with the President of our company so that he can share his experiences and teach/train/mold and shape you into a future successful Estimator/Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities/Required Skills:

·       40 hours a week

·       Ability to work at a fast pace and learn quickly

·       Incredibly organized to keep up with the demands of our projects

·       Basic office functions including communicating with clients and jobsite superintendents and manufacturers/suppliers, filing, keeping spreadsheets updated, and assisting our estimators and project managers

·       Basic Computer Skills-Microsoft Office Suite-experience with Macs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
