Our Careers
The Paint Stores Group is Sherwin-Williams' largest and fastest growing business segment. Most of the Group's sales are obtained through over 3,400 specialty paint stores, located in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. The Paint Stores Group also maintains the largest nationwide field sales rep organization in the industry, dedicated to developing the commercial and industrial wholesale markets. Sherwin-Williams also offers exceptional career paths in Accounting, Distribution, Engineering, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Manufacturing and Research & Development.
More than 90% of placements into managerial and professional positions in the Paint Stores Group come from within the company. Over 700 college recruits are hired every year into our Management/Sales Training Program and receive training in different divisions and functions.
