At Nickelodeon, we’re in our 33rd year and are the number-one entertainment brand for kids. We have built a diverse, global business by putting kids first in everything we do. The company includes television programming and production in the United States and around the world, plus consumer products, online, recreation, books, magazines and feature films. Our U.S. television network is seen in almost 96 million households and has been the number-one-rated basic cable network for fifteen consecutive years.
Nickelodeon allows kids to imagine and visualize the joys of dumping buckets of slime on people and talking to animals. Nick’s strength has always been its diverse and creator-driven programming, exemplified by shows like SpongeBob Square Pants, The Penguins of Madagascar!, Avatar, Dora the Explorer, Fanboy and Chum Chum, The Fairy OddParents and iCarly.
Our 120,000 square foot facility is jam-packed with hyper-creative artists who have at their fingertips the latest in state-of-the-art equipment and technology, including a high-tech recording facility, high-powered work stations wired with fiber optics, screening rooms, editing suites, and an 80-seat viewing theater, which doubles as a gym.
What makes our work environment so unique is not just because our facility is a cartoon fantasyland come to life and has the capacity to house up to ten productions simultaneously, but because our studio and grounds are brimming with Nickelodeon touches. When you are here, you’ll see a slime fountain and a combination theater/gym where artists can let their creative juices rejuvenate. You’ll also see Nick characters adorning the building, which also features a 120 ft. mural and art gallery in the entrance hall of the building showcasing artists’ personal work.
