What We Are Looking For:

Boss Executive Group owes much of its success to its progressive approach to people. Every successful candidate that is accepted starts at the same level because our philosophy emphasizes the importance of leading by example and of having a full understanding of the entire business model from the ground floor up. We are seeking trainees in sales, promotional marketing, administration and management for our Auburn Hills and Livonia Michigan locations. All candidates must be willing to cross train in all aspects of our business model starting at entry level. In addition, all candidates must possess three (3) critical attributes: above average people skills, student mentality and intensity for success.

Training Program:

Entry Level- Candidates are trained throught entry level sales and advertising/promotional departments.

Account Management- Candidates are trained to manage personnel, satellite offices, local and regional marketing campaigns.

Assistant Manager- Candidates are trained in all aspects of client relations/management, administration, legal, accounting and demographic research.

Management- Candidates manage entire client base and all organization operations in a assigned market.
