QUESTION:
I had a phone interview with a company, the interview seemed sucessful, I was asked to write a brief essay on what I can offer to the company, or why I would be qualified for this position. can you help me answer that question?

Hi Mini -
The structure would be as follows:
- Introductory paragraph, including thanks for the opportunity to write the essay.
- Second paragraph, summarizing top three points why you are the best person for the position.
- Third through Fifth paragraph - expound on each of the three points with specific behavioral evidence supporting your point.
- Sixth paragraph - close - ask for the job!
That's the structure. But the actual content still needs to come from you.
It's a great opportunity for you to really sell yourself to the company. Make the most of it!
