QUESTION:
Hello Brian,
I would like to express my best regards to everyone at this site. It's the best resource for graduating students looking for entry level and limited experience jobs.
I have a few questions however. First, I am not sure on proper resume formatting, what is considered to be appropriate, etc. Second, I dont know how to put together a summary and ojbective statment on my resume. Provided that I dont have all that much experience in my field, I have a hard time explaining my objective. Also, can you refer me to a good cover letter example.
Best regards.

ANSWER FROM BRIAN KRUEGER:
Hi Matthew -
For some content guidance on the Objective and Summary sections, take a look at some of the Quickstart Resume Templates at our site. They will provide you with the proper resume formatting already built in, along with example content for you to replace with your own.
While the intention of the Quickstart Resumes is to give you a structure into which you provide the content, it will also help you to review the content already used by others in these templates. If you need more assistance in formulating this content, I recommend that you go to the Career Center there at Drexel to get assistance from one of their Career Counselors, who can assist you personally.
For cover letter information, please review the cover letter information located here at CollegeGrad.com. We provide you with full instructions for developing your cover letter, as well as providing you with example templates for your use.
Good luck to you--and thank you for your kind words about our site.
