Frequently Asked Questions

Question: How do I delete one of my resumes stored in my account?

Answer: It can be done (if the resume has not been sent to an open job), but before doing so, keep in mind that you can have up to 5 resumes stored in your account. If you are no longer using a resume and want to add a new one, it would be better to update your resume on the system.

However, if you want to delete one of your resumes, you may do so, but only if you have more than one resume already loaded into the system. You should log in, then go down to RESUMES-Delete and click it, making sure that the name of the resume they want to delete is in the drop-down box. If there is only one resume, the option to delete does not appear. If there is only one resume and you do not want it there, you will have to replace it with another. Also, keep in mind that a resume cannot be deleted if it was attached to an application for a job that is still open.
